Can I have a recording of my interpretation session?
Telephone interpreting calls are recorded for internal QA purposes only; they are not accessible to parties outside of our organization.
Customers can, upon request, elect not to have calls recorded.
Video interpreting sessions are never recorded, for any reason.
How do you ensure confidentiality?
All interpreters and translators sign confidentiality agreements and comply with HIPAA and other data protection standards. Visit our Privacy Policy Page for full details.
