Client Reporting Portal
As a CLI client, you have secure access to your call and language data through our client reporting portal.
Use the portal to:
- Review call data
- Monitor usage and trends
- View past invoices
- Export data instantly
- Support compliance and audits
Our online portal is encrypted, password-protected, and available 24/7/365. Your designated personnel can generate reports on demand with data refreshed in near real time.
CLI provides two standard reports: Call Detail Reports and Language Summary Reports.
Call Detail Reports
A Call Detail Report captures the details, or metadata, created by each call your organization makes. Clients use these reports to track and audit usage, manage cost, and ensure accurate billing.
The standard data fields for Call Detail Reports include:
- Order number
- Customer account name
- Customer code
- Date range for report
- Date of call
- Start time of call (in Pacific Time)
- Total duration of call (in minutes)
- Language needed per call
- Total number of calls
- Total minutes
- Total cost per call
During your initial account set up, we also collect up to four additional fields of custom info for each call. Language Summary Reports
A Language Summary Report captures your organization’s aggregate language data over a specified timeframe. Clients use these reports to monitor language usage and trends, to understand patient demographics, for pricing estimations, and for executive summaries.
The standard data fields for Language Summary Reports include:
- Customer account name
- Customer code
- Date range for report
- Total minutes per language
- Total number of orders per language
- Average call duration per language (in minutes)
- Sum of costs per language
