The operator will gather your call information while CLI’s system locates an available interpreter. Let the operator know if you need a third-party dial-out.

04: Connect

The operator will connect the interpreter to your call. The operator will then disconnect from the line and your conversation can begin.

Once you review and accept the quote, a full TEP (translation, editing, and proofreading) process kicks off. A CLI project manager oversees this process.

After completion, the full TEP translated document is delivered to the client for review.
