Customized Billing and Call Requirements
Certified Languages International provides customized billing that allows customers to track usage of interpreting services. Information gathered from callers for each interpreting session will appear with each call on your monthly invoice.
Your invoice for interpreting services will automatically include:
- Order number
- Customer code
- Account name
- Date
- Time
- Length
- Total cost
- Language needed
CLI can also collect up to four additional pieces of information (aka custom call requirements), specific to your organization’s needs.
These custom call requirements would be collected at the time of service and are required in order to connect to an interpreter. The requested information will appear on each monthly invoice alongside the standard call data for each call.

The customized call requirements are decided by an organization’s language access administrator during account set up.
Only approved administrators may request changes to collection data, call requirements, or what data appears on an invoice. Feel free to reach out to your account representative or any member of our Customer Success Team to change these details. We’re always happy to adjust account settings to fit your needs.
