FAQs: Usage Reports

Where can I see my organization’s OPI usage data?

To view your organization’s OPI usage data, log in to our reporting portal

Click “Forgot your password?” to reset your password. Your username is the email address you provided during account setup.

Once logged in:

  • Navigate to the Reports tab 
  • Select Customer Detail Report – By Type
  • Select the format you’d like the report in (view on screen, PDF, or Excel)
  • Select the date and time range you’d like to view 
  • Click the green Go button

The system is updated in near real-time. If you have any questions about the reporting portal, contact us at reporting@certifiedlanguages.com.
