Elizabeth Garvin, Human Resources Director at Certified Languages International, is a winner of the 2024 HR Leadership Award from the Portland Business Journal. Leading an engaged, on-site HR team, Elizabeth has helped develop new channels of employee engagement, add a floating holiday for employees, and open new avenues for staff feedback opportunities.
