Video Remote Interpretation (VRI)

Some situations call for face-to-face connections. In those times, you can rely on CLI’s VRI service to provide on-demand, high-quality video and audio access to an interpreter in the language you need from any internet-connected device. Connections are fast, secure, and encrypted. Video interpretation is offered in over 20 spoken languages as well as American Sign Language (ASL).

No special equipment is required. We can work with your existing systems so you don’t need to invest in new technology or time-intensive training for your team. If you need, we do offer dual-handset phones and splitter sets that work with all standard phone systems. These products allow our clients and their limited English proficient (LEP) customers to each have their own handset in face-to-face encounters.

We keep it straightforward: you pay by the minute for interpretation services. The rate depends on your expected monthly volume and language mix. No hidden fees, no minimum commitments — just pay for what you use.
