Certified translations come with an official statement of accuracy, often required for legal, medical, or government use.
Do you offer Braille transcription?
Yes — we can convert documents into Braille to ensure accessibility for all.
How do I request a translation?
If you’re a first-time user, shoot us a quick email with the document you’d like translated. We’ll provide you with a quote and timeline. We’ll also set you up with login credentials to our secure translation portal. After we set you up, you can submit new projects, track progress, and securely access completed work.
If we’ve already set you up in our online portal, you can log in and request a translation at any time.
What’s the typical turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on document length and complexity. Standard projects are often completed in [2-3] business days. Rush service is available.
Can you proofread or update existing translations?
Yes, we can review, edit, or update content whether it was originally translated by CLI or another provider.
What file formats do you accept?
We work with Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and more.
