Jacob Dillon, Chief Operating Officer & Compliance Officer

Jacob joined CLI in 2002 as the customer relations manager and became the chief operating officer in 2006, where he currently oversees the daily operations and compliance of two call centers and the IT Department. He has successfully implemented new applications to increase operational efficiencies, designed and established CLI’s second call center, managed multiple vendor relationships that are integral to daily operations, and assists in providing technical direction in the sales process. With years of experience in operations and management, he was previously the health resource coordinator at Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon. Jacob attended the Oregon Institute of Technology; is a member of the COO Forum of Portland, Oregon; and volunteers with Home for Good in Oregon and as a counselor for at-risk youth in Salem, Oregon.
