With CEO Kristin Quinlan at the helm, CLI is honored to be awarded the distinction of being a 2024 Woman-Led Top Workplace nationally — and recognized as one of only two woman-led top workplaces in Oregon. Winners were based on the results of an employee survey produced by Energage in partnership with Innovation Women and Lioness Magazine, reflecting the industry’s most comprehensive benchmark of employee attitudes and perspectives on company culture. These benchmarks include 25 core statements, which cover topics such as benefits, pay, work-life flexibility, and questions about whether employees feel respected, supported, and empowered.
