At Certified Languages International, Communication Plays a Central Role: Top Workplaces 2021

For Certified Languages International, a seven-time winner in The Oregonian/OregonLive’s Top Workplaces competition, the Covid-19 pandemic led to creative approaches to supporting its employees’ communication and camaraderie. Connecting organizations with remote interpreters since 1996, CLI was well-positioned to quickly pivot to a fully remote (and later hybrid) workforce of around 250 employees while maintaining its company culture of open communication.
