After three years of internal development and a decade of offering interpreting services on other companies’ video platforms, Certified Languages International launched its own proprietary video interpreting platform called MERFi (Mobile, Easy, Reliable, Fast Interpreting). “We needed a tech platform that was more nimble, flexible, easier to use and built for interpreting in mind,” said CLI CEO Kristin Quinlan about MERFi.
