Rich joined CLI in 2024 as chief information & technology officer, bringing with him 5 years of experience as the CIO of Avamere Health and a long tenure at Intel. His experience spans both technology and business strategy, where he has successfully led large teams in developing technology systems in the healthcare and finance industries. During his time at Intel, Rich was awarded the Intel Achievement Award. He also holds a PhD in systems science, an MBA, an MS in computer science, and the CHCIO certification (Certified Healthcare CIO). Rich’s experience and achievements allow him to lead CLI’s IT Department with precision as they develop and maintain our customer routing system and other technological initiatives. Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time with his family in Portland’s outdoors.
