Elizabeth Garvin

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Elizabeth has worked at CLI since 2001. She first started as an accounts receivable specialist, bringing with her many years of experience and knowledge of accounting and HR from her previous positions. Throughout her years at CLI, she has helped create, implement, and oversee HR policies, procedures, and benefits. In her current role as senior vice president of HR, Elizabeth oversees all of CLI’s human resources, benefits, and internal employee needs. Previous to CLI, she held management and leadership positions involving accounting, payroll, scheduling, and HR. Elizabeth is a SHRM senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management, and remains an active member of that professional organization.
