At Certified Languages International (CLI), we strive to provide exceptional interpretation services to our clients. Our fulfillment policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Refund Policy

1. Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering high-quality interpretation services. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 90 days of the service delivery date to discuss your concerns.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued partially or in full, depending on the circumstances. When applicable, an account credit will be issued in lieu of a refund.

3. Refund Process: To request a refund or credit, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reasons for dissatisfaction. We may require additional information or evidence to process your request.

4. Refund Timeframe: Once approved, refunds/credits will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel a pre-scheduled telephone or video appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation by CLI: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your interpreter service appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as interpreter unavailability, we will notify you immediately and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund/credit.
